  Incredible experience! Our server Christine was extremely attentive, but not in our face. Checked in to make sure everyone was doing well, refilled waters (I drink a lot of water and am always running low haha). We asked were what she suggested for wine. She strongly suggested one, but brought us a sample of a couple. The one she suggested was PERFECT! Food was exceptional (much better than my other experience at Chop in Mississauga). Stakes were cooked to perfection. I asked Christine to have her manager come over as we wanted to comment about the service. Mike M was wonderful. Came over and chatted with us for a while. Such a pleasant Mother's day celebration. Will definitely be returning!

  Best ribs I've ever had! So juicy and the bbq sauce was amazing. The steak of my friend was the most tasty and tender I have ever had. Thank you very much for the good care. Service was great as well!

  Nice relaxing decor. Menu is all about the beef and the steaks and prime rib were well prepared. Very good drink selection. Friendly and attentive service. For the price I was not blown away but would come again. Great spot to reserve a table before a movie.

  My girlfriend and I had the BEST girl's night at Chop. Melissa was our server and she was so sweet and accommodating. We ended up taking the remainder of our wine bottle home that we purchased during dinner and accidentally dropped it in the parking lot. The manager, Sam, was incredibly sweet and understanding about it and replaced it for us. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the exceptional service that was provided to us. And the mushroom ravioli is a must try dish. I'm not even from Oakville and I plan on visiting Chop again just for the service! Thanks again Melissa and Sam!
