  Was just there about 2 hrs ago. Was told a 5-10 min wait. Waited maybe 20 minutes. Could clearly see 5 or so empty tables during that time. Got brought to our seat and then nothing. 20 min goes by and no one came to take a drink order or anything. One of us went to the front to mention this to the staff. Another 10 min goes by, still no one. We got up and left. Good thing there is a Milestones next door with staff that actually do their job.

  Please do not eat here spend your money elsewhere. We sent this email to Montana's head office several weeks ago and received the standard response back...So I am asking you has this restaurant improved?
  
  Here's our experience, the person showing us to our table failed to mention there was no heat in the entire restaurant. Our waitress indicated there was an issue when we asked her if it was warmer on the other side. We sat with our jackets on during dinner.
  Then with a total of 3 people in the bar area (where we were sitting ) our 2 Christmas special meals of ribs and steak and shrimp came about 45-60 minutes later. The only thing on our plate that was hot was the baked potato. My steak was supposed to be Medium and it came to me black, burned and cold. The shrimp on the screwier were black, burnt cold and dry. My husbands Ribs were burnt and black. The waitress did ask to replace the meals which we where not prepared to wait for again. She did offer to give us a free desert and when we said no, she implied she might be able to take something off the bill. We also said no to this. What she should have done was not brought us these plates at all. We asked her if they were having issues she said there was a big party in the restaurant we ate the potato it was hot and good on both plates and paid our bill in total and left. On our way out we popped over to see the Big Party of 10 people for a restaurant that only had 15 people at dinner time and the I don't care attitude of our waitress, the quality of food brought to us was certainly not what we have had in the past in this restaurant. This restaurant needs to do better to get our hard earned money

  Great good horrible service.
  The servers clearly not work as a team. Literally all the staff just walked by our clearly stacked plates and we waited for almost 30 mins for our server to come by and check on us. The best service we got was the manager bringing us drinks we didnt order. The restaraunt had dirty plates on the table beside us for the entirety of our meal and no one thought to bus them.
  I myself am a server and would never give this kind of service to anyone! We sat and watched other tables seeming to have the same issues.
  Will not be back to this location. Really disappointed

  It took 50 minutes to get our burger, steak, kids meal. The only thing we ordered. Wow! They are slow. Bad service. Food was amazing though. Loved it. Service is bad.

  Did not enjoy my experience here. Waited over an hour for my food. Of course that was about 10mins after my whole table received their order. It didnt taste very good. Mac n cheese with bacon.
