  Placed an order for pickup using the online tool an hour before the desired pickup time. The children working here forgot to put the order together. This was 20 min ago, and I'm resigned to sitting in the dirty waiting area, listening to the "expiditer" yelling and "woohing" as she was throwing, what looks like latex gloves and food, at the cooks on the line.
  
  Unprofessional, untidy, unmanaged, untimely, underwhelming.

  Our server was unpleasant and clearly unimpressed to be working. Multiple orders from our group were incorrect and there was small flies around the table and our meals. We will not be returning to this location. Definitely subpar service.

  We came in for a quick dinner. Prompt, friendly, and courteous service team. Clean environment. The food was excellent. Hot fresh chicken and fries with delicious fresh coffee served by Jackie our fabulous waitress. Amazing experience.

  Ordered food for pick up. Was told it would be done it 15. I showed up 30 minutes later and the cashier checked the bag to see if my order was in. He said it was not ready yet which was fine. While watching the bag for more 15 minutes to see when my order would be put in.he walks back up to the bag and takes out my order. Not only did I have to wait an unnecessary 15 minuyes when my food was already ready, my food was cold.

  Visited on Sunday with another 5 people,First time I have seen so many fries left on the returned plates at end of meal. Chalet fries were always the best but these were absolute crap compared to what chalet usually serves. Maybe as the store is attached to a harveys may have been the problem as they looked like hamburger joint fries and not Chalet, Will no visit this particular restraunt again. Just hope individual Chalets still serve the fries that kept their quality ahead of everyone else
