  Okay ,have ordered chicken from her - once it was burnt ,2nd time it was the smallest half i ever saw.Today ,I order angus burger combo in drive through....Fries- cold as ice,burger ..cold, no ketchup,no sale ,no pepper in bag and no ,I was not asked if I wanted. RUDE STAFF. Called and manager sent out a replacement meal,no longer hungry so gave to a coworker.NEVER EVER again .Worst Swiss CHALET /Harveys ever

  Typical Harvey's. Although I notified staff that the one of the fountain drinks was empty and they were nice and gave me a can. The reason for 4 stars is because they didn't put a sign on the beverage that was empty. I saw a couple other people try and get this drink and they ended up just wasting cups.

  Going through the drive thru? Be prepared to wait at the window for 15-20 minutes for your food while a long line of cars builds up behind you. Ridiculous wait, you could go to Kelsey's across the street and sit down and eat in less time.

  Went here 2 years ago and my burger was cold. I thought it was just that day. Did not come back because of it. Came back last month and their burgers are still served cold. Onle lady even asked for a replacement because the inside was apparently still frozen. This is bad. Not coming back again.
