  Wendy's is good but this particular store has the slowest service ever! There's never a long line, seemingly many staff, but there's never anyone at the counter to serve you when you arrive. I once observed an older British gentleman wait at the counter while staff did their usual act (finish up your conversation, don't look to see if anyone is waiting, then slowly saunter over and act like a deer in headlights). He waited a couple of minutes then said loudly: "hello, does anybody actually work here?!" The hilarious thing was that no one responded straight away! They acted like they had just been transported there from another time. "Hello?!" he said again. And finally someone shuffled over. It's so odd, no one seems to know what's going on much of the time, they're inconsistent when they take an order, and they are just so freaking slow! It's like being stuck behind a slow driver, come on, what do you need, a signed contract?! Get moving!

  Poor quality and poor service....spend your 10$ at BK or the grocery store.

  Can't complain about this Wendys, feels pretty much like the rest of them. It can be busy sometimes because it's right outside one of Oakville's biggest plazas, but never waited a stupid amount of time.

  Never been a fan of this Wendy's. The service tends to be slow-ish, but the 2 stars is mainly due to a number of incidents with bad cold way over salted fries.
