  I ordered 2 teas and a 10 pack of timbits. They charged me for 4 packs by accident.. it was after I paid that I realised. They said they couldn't refund me to come back tomorrow. I'm from out of town. They said there's nothing he can do. I said there's always a way to refund. My friend suggested a gift card. He said I had to pay for it first. I said excuse me no! The girl was kind and paid out of her own pocket. I will not be returning. Ridiculous.

  I love this Tim Norton's. A little out of the way bit PLENTY of parking. Also I'm pretty sure this is a test store. Head office building behind it!

  The staff are very friendly and very quick to get my order. If they forgot something or didn't give me something in my order they are always willing to replace it or help me out.

  For a flagship location you'd expect perfection but this store sucks. I live fairly close so I used to go frequently but they messed up my order every. Single. Time.
  
  I finally smartened up and stopped going to this location and life has been better ever since!
