  I wanted to share an amazing customer service experience that I had with Shakers Smokehouse tonight. It occurred at an offsite event at a local School Carnival. Shakers Smokehouse was there serving up there delicious dinner options. I ordered Hot Dogs for my girls and a great Burger for myself. After standing in a long line and patiently waiting to enjoy our food, one of my little girls dropped her Hot Dog and immediately broke down in tears. I was at a loss!!! I had a mess to clean-up and another daughter to attend to. I was considering my options and looked back to a long line behind me. It clearly wasn't an option to go through that wait again. What to do???
  It was right at that moment of indecision that the Master BBQ Chef called out to me and asked if my daughter had dropped her Hot Dog. I confirmed his suspicion. He immediately addressed the situation, built me a new Hot Dog and saved the day for my little girl...
  First, I didn't catch the name of the Chef but seriously Sir, you have my gratitude and appreciation! Secondly, you 'Saved the Day' in the eyes of my daughter. Finally, as a father who travels a lot for work, you rescued a Special Evening that I had the pleasure to enjoy with my girls. In summary, your small gesture meant a lot to me!!!
  I have personally worked in the Service Industry my entire life and because of that, I probably have an unreasonably high expectation of service when I get to be the customer. However, when I see and experience 'Outstanding Service', I believe that it is only fair to call it out. Well done Shakers!!! Much appreciated!!!

  The staff is just great! No matter who serves you - it's always fun.
  Very nice sports bar and a very good beer selection.
  Perfect to play darts ;) (you can also play pool)

  Agree the staff are awesome..... Not too sure about the food though..... Read the reviews and was excited about my rack of ribs.... Meat was kinda tough and dry, not at all what I expected. Glad I tried this place but won't be back.... Gonna keep making the drive to Memphis BBQ.
