Nice little gem in Oakville, definitely worth the visit and for a good price too! Food is always fresh, and staff usually pretty friendly. Take out can be a little pricey so pop in instead!

Honestly don't listen to the other bad reviews. People complaining about the service need to relax. The waitresses are super attentive and clear plates quick and make sure everything going well with your meal. This place costs only 15.99 for lunch and offers sashimi that's crazy cheap. For how cheap it is everyone should be giving this place a 5 star rating all the sushi tastes pretty good too. Not the best sushi but great for the price.

Terrible service. How can you rate a reataurant when the services is that bad, that the waiter don't let you enjoy the good food, she put a dish on top of the food that we were eating and was very rude.
    Just a Terrible experience.

TO THE OWNER, YOU HAVE A PROBLEM

This use to be a great area sushi place. I had visited this sushi place a number of times over the years and always thought. I have been going their since they opened. I was happy to support this local business.

The owner of this establishment needs to make regular visits if they are not or they need to hire a manager who is concerned about customer service and the dinning experience of the customer. I also think the Mgt might want start treating its staff with some respect and care. As I believe the downhill customer service MIGHT be a combination of how people treat other people or the expectations they put on people, This kind of stuff does not happen on its own.

    PROBLEMS
    1. The staff should not be mopping with bleach or disinfectant while people are eating. They close at 11:30 and floor washing should not be happening at 10:15 ( this happened) The bleach was over powering
When I told the waitress she smiled and giggled to my face.

    2. The full sweeping of the restaurant should not be happening while people are eating ( (9:40 this happened )' dust and dirt while you eat. I understand spot sweep as it is a small place and you want to keep things clean. The full sweeping is uncalled for and unprofessional.

    3. The black clothes worn by staff has white stains ( looks disgusting)

    4. The Tempura batter smells old ( you really do not want this in a sushi place.

    5. the lettuce was brown ( it was a garnish)

    6. The Miso soup came with a very large silver spoon in it ( a problem with cutlery).

    7. The Sushi counter where it is prepared is over crowded with to many things.
These a serious problems for a sushi restaurant, some might say these are small things THEY ARE NOT they tell you of some other underlying problems and blatant problems . I feel like these things should tell everyone something

Overtime I have noticed bigger and bigger changes. At First they were subtle but now they are taking their customers for granted and it has gotten to the point where it is disgusting and inconsiderate. They are purposely choosing to insult customers. When they first opened it was not like this at all. After reading some of the other problems I see a pattern .

Nice place for good sushi at a very reasonable price. Their weekday lunch buffet is, I think, $14. Good selection of Sushi, Sashimi, Maki and variety of Tempura and calamari for appetizer and more. And they are very good. Everytime we go there, it seems it's always busy. I am not sure if it's our timing or they are actually busy all the time. Fairly small restaurant, although the booths gives customers some privacy with the exception of centre tables. Staff are friendly. Good value.
