  One night I walked in with a bunch of my friends to order pizza and the place was empty but the man who was working was sitting on the bench rubbing his bare feet with no socks or shoes and no gloves, where customers sit and wait for their food. I was expecting someone else to take our order but he casually asked us if we were ordering. Then he went behind the register without washing his hands and took our order, the continued to make our pizza without washing his hands. That's the moment I told him I want my money back and I don't want the pizza. He continues to argue with me. My boyfriend stepped in and told him if he doesn't give My money back we are calling the manager. He gave us our money back and we walked out.
  
  I got pizza here a couple times after, and it was burnt every time! The downtown location does the same thing.
  
  Pizza pizza is my last option in food choices now.

  Go to the subway next door instead, the employee lied to my husband and I to avoid making a pizza. He said that the card machine was broken and the bank had been robbed the day before so it was closed. We couldn't pay because we had no cash. The whole thing seemed suspicious. When we asked the people next door at subway if the bank was robbed, they didn't know anything about and seemed genuinely confused.
