  Blonde middle aged female server presumed to judge the group I brought in because we did not fit the 'mould' she clearly had in mind. Unfortunate considering I was taking my staff out for what I thought would be a nice meal as they were working on a Holiday and we were all dressed casually.
  
  She treated us as if we were riff raff and rather ironic considering the entire place was empty except for about a dozen staff. You would think she would treat us with respect and appreciation for choosing this restaurant on such a slow day amongst so many other options nearby. Glaring eyes from the staff and sarcastic remarks met us all the while. 'You DO know the soda is not free refill here'. Many short, rude and judgemental moments accompanied a mediocor feast. We spent our lunch trying to rise above it.
  
  Really too bad considering I have held off on going there and typically stick with other more established restaurants along lakeshore and thought if this was a pleasant experience I may hold client meetings here.
  
  Very embarrassing - not for us, but for them.

  Came in for a quick solo lunch before an appointment. Was very impressed with the food and prompt service. Had the Julia salad + sweet potato salmon with quinoa and they were delicious! Nice blend of ingredients w/o being pretentious.

  I have dined at Julia for lunch and dinner many times over the past few years and the food and service are consistently top notch! My daughter has Celiac and they are extremely accommodating and offer many delicious gluten free options. Zeb is a fantastic and attentive server- I will continue to be a loyal customer:)!!

  I came here as a part of the Taste of Oakville event. My companion and I tried different things to share off their Prix fixe menu. The flavours were present but not overpowering. The portions were better than I was expecting. The price is more upscale for individual items so it's not a place to eat often on a budget. But it can make for a good evening out. As always, apologies for pictures of food already eaten. My mouth and stomach often take precedence.
