  Taste of Oakville visit. Food tasted good for the most part. My only 'complaint' is possibly the portion sizes. Though it's portions do fall mostly in line with other restaurants that are considered upscale.

  Fresh seafood, something not common around the region at their prices. Could do with insulating their kitchen's air fans the. Block it's view and loudness. Good calm service too.

  I am new to Oakville and frankly, loving every minute of learning the "food hierarchy" here. I have been so fortunate in my career as an on camera host to have had the opportunity to dine at exceptional restaurants all over the world. I LOVE great food and the accompanying experience.
  On a Tuesday evening cruise through the Lakeshore area of town we stumbled upon Corks - although we had a small miscommunication about the timing of the kitchen - we were served some of the best tapa preparations I have ever had. Each plate beautifully and impeccably executed. (Don't even think about not trying the civeche or the muxhroom dish). As the pace of our small plates was a little off normal timing the owner graciously paid the bill. I am so absolutely impressed with how our experience was handled that I simply can't wait until the next time we are able to return during suitable Corks Reaturant hours. Thank you Corks - until the next time.

  Food was very good. Quiet in early afternoon and the waitress was very kind and accommodating. Spanish style tapas mostly. Tried 6 different tapas and all were very good.
