  Worst service I had in this store, twice! Nobody greeting me at the front, if I don 't ask, no one come to ask me, they should set pick up customer at first priority, as they already pile up thoses pizza ready to go. I have to wait there for 10 minutes, the pizza is already there, the staff should grab it and give it to me in 1 second. Never come to pizzaville anymore!

  Friendly staff at Sixth line location, always welcomes us and enjoys conversation with my youngest son Joshua, it's his favorite pizza place. The staff sees it on his face Everytime he enters the store with a huge smile on his face. We're been going there for over 16 yrs although staff had changed to new owners since we started going to pizzaville they go out of there way to make us feel welcome! They have watch my 3 boys grow up and know them all individually. Now that's customer service!!!

  Hair found on Pizza. Returned the Pizza within 2 hours and was told that it could not have come from chef as he did not have the same colour hair. Be warned. Staff member at this location unable to handle a customer complaint effectively. Still waiting for a call from store manager.
