  Really disappointed. We use to go to this location a lot. Lately we have had awful service. 3 days ago we were there and the place was fairly empty. Our waitress disappeared for long periods of time. Gave the two other tables great services while pretty much ignoring us. We waitied for our bill for about 20 minutes she finally came by and gave it to us, I put my card down right away and we waited and waited. She walked by numours times and looked at the card but kept walking. We could see her and hear her at the other two tables talking and laughing. After that point she was at the hostess station for a few more minutes talking to other workers. We waited 10 more minutes before she finally came over with the machine. At this point we were both so annoyed that we just wanted to get out of there. The food was good, nice and hot this time. The Hamilton and Milton locations have way better service. No more chances for this location unless you retrain your the staff that need it.

  Really unhappy with the service I received at this location, how ever we paid for our meals then felt the need to bring it to a managers attention for future customers. I spoke to the manager by the name of BUCKET on my way out and he apologized and gave me a gift card for $100 which was not needed, nor my intention to get a gift card. However 3 months later I went to use the gift card BUCKET gave me and I come to the realization that it was never activated... there it goes in the BUCKET how ironic... not impressed.
  
  They solved the issue in a timely manner.

  I had been coming here for a long time and they have always been great with service and food. But the last time, I was disappointed to see that they have taken out the only fish main item that they had. My wife used to love that. Also they are now charging a dollar for their chips and salsa. When you are coming to spend on average 100.00 dollars on a meal, 1 dollar is not a big deal. But, to me, it's a cheap move by the restaurant.
  
  It was good while it lasted.
