  Had a great experience! Our server Peter was fantastic, along with all of the other staff. They were very attentive and made sure our needs were met. They even offer blankets, as we were on the patio and it got a tad chilly. Will definitely be back.

  We were really looking forward to enjoying an evening here after a perfectly beautiful day at Bronte Harbour. Unfortunately, the service and the meal did not live up to our great expectations. The waiter was not very friendly, in fact quite abrupt, then he disappeared and did not return to our table until the end of our meal. Consequently, we had to eat our spaghetti with a knife and fork as they were the only utensils on the table. He did not return to replenish our drinks, or ask us how we enjoyed the meal when we'd finished. The service was also very slow. We waited over half an hour for our spaghetti, yet there was only one other table occupied in the indoor section we were in. The food was expensive, portion sizes were small, and the taste was nothing special. We left a customers' comments card with the hostess and asked her to pass it on to the management/owners, but judging by the reviews we've read online since our experience, it doesn't seem like they've done anything to improve.

  The atmosphere, the decor is perfect for the Bronte area. Who doesn't want to sit out and watch the world go by in such a great location. Sad thing is, the food is very average. The salmon was painful. No taste at all and my friends salad had no plate appeal and the taste again, was average.
  You force yourself to like the food because of it's location. I was puzzled to see the place booming but then again, Bronte is in such need of a place for a 40's - 60's crowd.
  I wish them luck.
  I highly recommend they start by working on their coffee. Too weak and at $5 a cup, you want it to be a yum not a yikes.

  Best water side patio along the northern Lake Ontario shore. Food is delicious too. Great menu. Sometimes on busy summer nights you can wait too long for food. That was my experience in summer 2016. Hence the 4 stars and not 5.
