  I've lived in Oakville practically my whole life -25 years! ... and have been to nearly EVERY cafe in it -therefore have been to every Tims as well.
  Tim Hortons in general is not my first choice (any coffee connoisseur can admit this) however if I do go I go to this location or Lakeshore in Bronte.

  I go to this Tims about 3-4 times a week since I live in the neighborhood and you're pretty much guaranteed that you're order is wrong about 70% of the time...I do not recommend at all.
  
  I guess I'm the dumb one because I keep going back but it's convenient.

  Rob at the front, although slow, is friendly and accurate with orders. The assistant manager was at the window today, who is also very accurate and friendly. Ordered 2 bagels, both double toasted. The one was double toasted and buttered, the other was cold and had a glob of butter on half of it... this is usual for the second bagels. It's like they try on the first and don't care about the rest. I can understand if the restaurant is busy but just before ordering the bagels, I went inside to order a take 10. The girl on sandwiches was dropping bags and other packaging on the floor while she flirted with one of the staff members working the drive thru... this happened RIGHT after the owner motivated them to keep going strong. That "30 seconds" is achievable, but its only worth something if it's right...

  Rude - racist morning drive-thru staff. Different service for different people! I went through the drive-thru and was served politely. My friend from Brazil (with accent) went through behind me and was given the coldest treatment ever! This customer has such a cheerful demeanor, generously tips staff wherever she is served and is a welcome regular at our usual Tim Horton's in Ancaster, but this Tim's crew treated her like garbage - particularly after just speaking with me nicely. They did this every morning to her!!! Foolish staff just insulted the wrong person and offended a dear friend.

  Friendly staff. Drive through windows should only be for quick orders. If go to this location every afternoon, and it's crazy busy sometimes with people making long orders.
