  I've lived in Oakville practically my whole life -25 years! ... and have been to nearly EVERY cafe in it -therefore have been to every Tims as well.
  Tim Hortons in general is not my first choice (any coffee connoisseur can admit this) however if I do go I go to this location or Burloak.
  Great customer service and a decent cuppa coffee.

  Saturday, approx 6:15pm. 4 minutes. Walked inside and waited for 4 minutes while the staff (all 3 that I saw) saw me, but tended to drive thru and whatever else instead. No "hello", "can I help you?" or even "sorry, be with you in a sec". Was there a bell I was supposed to ring? They all saw me standing there and did not offer any help. I just walked out and went to McDonalds across the street. Maybe this location is not used to serving guests who are not Caucasian, but someone definitely needs to train this inept, inattentive crew. I've had better help at a self serve line at Walmart. I'm not in this area often, but I'll never be back at this Tims again.

  On my first visit at this location, I ordered steep tea with milk and I would like sugar and extra milk on the side. The server gave me black tea no sugar and just one milk on the side. On my second visit I and my daughter dine in, while I'm in the middle of my sandwich, I saw the white server went in the kitchen scratching her bum underneath, our eyes met, she tried to hide. She went back to the service line without washing her hands. That was disgusting I thought.
