  Dine in on Saturday night. Ordered club sandwich, 2 hot chicken sandwiches. ALL 3 MEALS, BONES WERE FOUND! Yes, manager offered replacement meal, Yes meals were comped. So shaken by the experience, it didn't matter at that point. So upsetting, requested manager speak to her kitchen staff, this could have ended so badly. After that experience, I will never eat at Swiss Chalet again. Chew your food with extreme caution at this location. Please be careful.

  Dishonest cheapskates! Asked my mum if she wanted her whole chicken cut, she said sure, and they gave her a mish-mash of pieces, probably old ones left under the lamp for a while. 2 chicken breasts and 1 quarter. If you're going to pay full price for a family meal, expect this location to give you half of what you pay for, all with a smile on their faces.

  We chose this place to celebrate my sisters birthday dinner thinking it will be a great experience.
  
  We arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes before our booked schedule. Once we arrived, the front staff said we are NOT on the list for a party of 14 people reservation!!!! We have to wait another 15 minutes to get us seated and arranged our tables.
  
  Half an hour past after were seated, no servers came to our table to take our orders, have to chased them (even for just drinks to start). Finally , we got our drinks after 45 minutes of wait and another 15 minutes for the food.
  
  I expressed my concerns to the Manager Phil or Philly, he just said "sorry for the inconvenience".
  
  However, at the end, the staff sang happy birthday for my sister and offer an apology....that's it.
  
  We will NEVER go back to this location again nor recommend it. NOT the greatest experience.
