  Bought an expensive drink I've never tried before. The taste was off to me and I didn't enjoy the drink at all and had some of my coworkers try it too. I went back hoping that they would allow me to get something else, so I wouldn't waste my money. The guy working was extremely rude and I got to hear him telling the girl working it wasn't their problem. She was clearly uncomfortable with saying this to me, so I left with the drink and let my coworkers know about that reaction. I work in the same mall and have plenty of people to tell my experience to. I wouldn't go there again.... There's a very lovely man over at Jugo juice who would be happy to make a nice drink.

  Went to the same one twice at the Oakville place mall!! And both visits I experienced the worst service ever!! So rude! At least smile
