  Food quality was not the greatest. Service was slow. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated even though the back half of the restaurant was empty. Not impressed.

  While looking at the menu, a lady came up and pretty much ripped out the menu from my hands claiming "that menu is over, you're late, you can't order from it"
  We were seated and patiently waited 15 minutes for out water/drinks to arrive. To our convenience the bread arrived 10 minutes after. Made our orders, 20 minutes in...salads came out, drenched in dressing (could have been soup) for the entree item which looked like it was thrown on the plate, and peppers busted down (mind you Wendy's has better presentation) the food quality was below the asking price. Our table was untouched for another 40 minutes, and conveniently it was time to go.

  1) Never coming back
  2) our server who's name I won't state, but will provide a hint... It starts with a K..Has an attitude issue; big enough to turn heads all across the board.
  3) save the dressing, salad isn't soup

  Started out fine. Was greeted and seated right away. At least 5 minutes before the server came over. Never said hi or told us her name. Simply said "what can I get you to drink?" Another 5 minutes to get our pop. Food came at a reasonable amount of time. Lukewarm fries. I asked for gravy and the server said "you know that's an extra charge" which is insulting really. Of course it is. Where do you get free gravy? I received the gravy after another 5 minutes. Fries were more then half done by then. All of this with 2 other servers on and maybe 5 tables in the entire restaurant. Just extremely disappointed in my experience. As a member of the service industry it irritates me that servers actually go about their job this way. It's too bad but I'll probably not be going back to this place for a while :-(

  Not great, not bad. Temper your expectations and you will have an enjoyable time. Good for group dinners. Service a little slow and junior but friendly.

  As many others, there wasn't any "wow" factor to this family friendly restaurant. Had a good assortment of Italian classics, food was good and hot when served. That said, the service was slow, and that's an understatement.
