  Very slow crew, quite talkative and not doing their job well. The manager is making jokes and the crew aren't even in proper uniform. It took them 10 minutes to get some nuggets. And the only other man in the store had to wait 5 minutes before his shake was started (the only thing he ordered). Definitely going to McDonald's across the street next time.

  Absolutely disgusting customer service.... Ice cream served watery and the person working there told me "DUH.... it's soft serve, and it is supposed to be like that".
  
  I eat at dairy queen all the time. I cannot believe I was treated this way in this location.

  Drive through is a nice offer. It's always OK, never amazing, but it is a DQ so that is to be expected. Service is always pretty decent.
