  A few weeks ago, I receieved food poising from one of their locations. I was left sick for 3 days missing two days of work.
  upon calling 2 4 1 to let them know what had happened, they essentially dragged their feet on the issue. I was bounced from a store manager, who didn't seem interrested in dealing with the issue in a timly manor, to a customer relations person who was pushing this through their insurance company.
  
  I was only asking to be reimbursed for days I missed from work and the food I bought. Well it seems this is to much for them to handle as a company, and the insurance denied the claim. Stating there is no proof it was their food, even though I was the only thing I ate the day before getting sick the next day. Because no one else got sick and I also didn't keep a sample of the food, they denied the claim. Yea, that's the first thing I'm thinking while I spent 3 days in a bathroom expelling liquids from both ends.
  
  I will never ever purchase from 2 4 1 again, and will defiantly be pursuing them legally. I strongly recommend people to be cautious of buying their food, and I'm sure this isn't an isolated case.
