  I've been there many times, and honestly I've got to sta their food is good and the atmosphere is satisfying, however their service is the worst among all other. The servers attitude is very rude, u just can't ask them for many things, and if ur order took a long time, do not even bother to ask for it because u will certainly receive an attitude. Here's my story, in my last visit, my order took a long time, I asked for it twice, at the third time server got rude to me, I talked to the manager and i sat back. When the stupid f***** who serve the shishas came, he was YELLING at us and telling us what is the deal! Suddenly my friend told him to watch his mouth, then all in a sudden, about 7 people attacked us. They were the server's friend, and then they let us pay for the things we haven't received yet, and kicked us out!!!?? Actually the worst experience ever, as I hope none of u ever go their. As a matter of fact, it's too expensive and the shishas is horrible. Thus, it's funny seeing how the owner of this store actually taking the time and replying for the reviews, don't u have something else to do, like management of the store?

  Shisha is amazing, food is also great. Gets busy so make a reservation. Service is almost always lacking...once you are served not many opportunities for RE order.

  Great food, and great shisha. Prices are pretty reasonable. I drive from Guelph to Oakville just to eat/smoke here

  I believe that Moods Cafe deserves the 5 star! I have to say that the staff are great, and the service has improved. In terms of food, my favourite 2 meals are the chicken parmigiana and poutine! Wait a second... the cold beverages are so good, please add a banana juice!

  Moods Eatery has now become the place where I meet friends of all backgrounds. I love the atmosphere. Best service of all Middle Eastern places I've been too. Friendly staff and the owner is always engaged and available. I also like the high-quality foods, especially the butter chicken, tikka chicken and burgers. The peach mint iced tea is out of this world. Well done.
