  They are the best and most convenient when and if indeed they continue to be a 24 hour facility. There is a trend here for sure and I've had this issue at a few others McDonalds, which is they don't or won't serve ice-cream products after 10ish. It's very annoying. I know it's not and easy job. However, my first ever job was Tim Hortons and at times it was only myself at 14 years of age and still served ice caps. Step it up McDIcs. Step it up.

  They must have been put on the improvement plan because today they were cleaning constantly, a guy came around refilling coffee. Order came relatively fast and correct. Big improvement!

  To date my worst experience with any fast food chain. Manager allows us to order cups of water over the drive though, waits till we are all the way up to the window and then sticks his head out the window to tell us that he doesn't give away water. I then remind him that access to water is a right in Canada, he can charge me for there cups but I offered to use my own container and was still addressed with terrible customer service from the so called "manager". Not returning again

  Came in for a quick bite to eat before I had to get my oldest to hockey practice. I had my toddler with me. Shouting and swearing from every direction from the high school students. No tables so we had to sit up on the stools. The students left a massive mess in their wake that wasn't being cleaned up. 2 elderly gentlemen walked made a comment about the noise and left.
