  Poorly managed location. This is the 3rd and final time that we visit this location. The previous 2 visits the food was fine but the service was very slow.
  
  Today we went again. To begin, there was 2 families of 4 in the dining area, 3 people at the bar, and 2 people in the bar lounge area. We were seated after a brief delay because the employees were chatting at the bar amongst one another, nbd.
  
  Then after 7 miniutes of waiting we got up and left. No server came even though the restaurant was essentially empty.
  
  Never going back to this Kelsey's.. ever..

  This was a snap decision for date night by me and my wife. We each had a burger and it really hit the spot. Customer service was great, but the place was pretty dead while we were there (6pm on a Tuesday). It was starting to fill in as we left, but there was still lots of seating. It was nothing spectacular, but we wanted a quick, relaxing bite and Kelsey's delivered.

  Came here with my boyfriend on a Monday night for dinner. Delicious food! I got the balsamic chicken it was amazing! Would definitely recommend/ get it again. Connor was our server and he was awesome!! Definitely coming back here, had an amazing experience.

  Not sure what the foods like... Its a Saturday, there should be more staff.Called ahead and told them there was 20 of us. If you can't take bigger groups please just say so. Sitting here waiting for food. Took forever to take our order.
  Hopefully food will be good, let's see..

  Staff was friendly. My table had a good sever, Connor. But many of the other staff members seemed to flutter about. Food was ok, but the portions were disappointing. Two people at the table paid $5.50 for a cup of Cesar salad. The chicken fingers didn't come with a side, which we did not know. So that bill was $18 for 5 pieces of chicken and a cup of salad? No thanks. I have tried this location a few times and since the renovation have always been disappointed.
