  Slow and lax service, host took his time to come seat us. This location always gives off the impression the staff don't really care and just want you to leave. Food was quite good for pub fare and really well priced. The house vanilla stout is worth trying and one of my favorites. The staff really kill the potential this place has to offer. Go to another 3B if you like being cared for.

  Food was okay, the beer was good. The staff on the other hand makes you feel your more of a hassle to them rather than a customer. Prepare to have a longer than normal dining experience here.

  Decent steak and grilled salmon, interesting selection of flammekueches, good service. Beer selection was a bit disappointing for a place that brands itself as a microbrewery.
  
  The open-space seating attempts to create a "marketplace" ambiance, but instead all it creates is noise. It is difficult to hold a conversation. The situation might be better on the "patio"--a fenced-off section of the main plaza passageway, but neither seating area provide any semblance of privacy.
  
  They take reservations, and are happy to accommodate large groups. They even offer a set group menu, but we didn't try that.
  
  Prices are in line with similar area restaurants. Despite the huge plaza parking lot, you are likely to have trouble finding a nearby spot on the weekend.

  !!!! When the manager tries to provide the best experience and ends up making us all feel worse !!!!!!
  
  Last Friday night we visited three brewers Oakville with a group of 6 friends (the restaurant was not full)
  
  one of us ordered RAINBOW TROUT, but unfortunately, her order was delayed more than 50 minutes, even though the waiter had told her that it was almost ready
  
  Then the manager approached our table offering her excuses and offering us as compensation for the excessive delay not charge for the trout and a complimentary dessert for each one at the table
  
  Delighted we accepted the offer!
  
  When it came time for the desserts, the manager approached us and suggested to take 6 portions of an excellent cake that she had in the kitchen which was new and delicious and highly recommended, obviously excited by her suggestion we accepted
  
  10 minutes later the manager comes back to the table and tells us that she had not noticed that the cake was sold out, but, not to be worried because she had a wonderful FRIED CHEESECAKE which was also delicious and that we should try this one
  
  We accepted again!
  
  5 minutes later the manager approached again this time indicating that she had also exhausted this dessert, but that for all the inconvenience we must left everything in her hands that she would personally surprise us!!
  
  10 minutes later the waiter approached (not the manager) with a small plate with a WAFFLE and another small with a ball of something that we did not try ( remember we were 6)
  
  We asked the waiter what had happened and why just 2 small dishes to which he replied, what would you be expecting a dessert for each one?
  
  The manager never reappeared again and obviously, we paid and left very surprised with the only intention to never return to this place

  Although we understand that problems and delays can be part of the business, when a trained manager and
  a waiter offers you a "cheap experience" trying to repair their previous mistakes, they really do not value their customers

  Super friendly. Great beers. We love trying the beer of the month. Great location and the best place to grab something to eat before a movie. Good place to catch the game too. Love their burgers. The local stout is a fav.
